development in the search for four missing young men in bucks county. authorities say they have found the remains of one of them. >> the new information was announced just after midnight. "action news" reporter, katherine scott is outside the bucks county courthouse where a grand jury will convene to discuss the case. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, jennette. district attorney said the case is a homicide. the question is how many homicide are there. the investigation continues in solbury township. meanwhile, in doylestown we're hearing from sources that they've confirmed the parents of the person of interest have subpoenaed to appear before a bucks county grand jury this morning. late last night, district attorney matt weintrob announced human remains were recovered in a common ground on a 90-acre property in sole with -- solbury
township. dean finocchiaro was identified. jimi tar patrick, and cosmo genardo is a person of interest. he was arrested for trying to sell tom meo's car to a mend for $500. the car was recovered at a garage that was owned by genardo. prosecutors sought a 5 million-dollar cash bail for him who has been a person of interest in the case. there were additional human remains found in the grave, so the d.a. the pains taking process will go on.
