two officers were shot and killed overnight.the officers were gunned down at separate locations about 20 minutes apart.police are looking for a suspect.we will continue to follow this story, and keep you updated throughout live at daybreak new this morning-all lanes along i-43 near brown deer are back open - following a late night police pursuit and crash involving two young people. milwaukee police tell us: officers pursued a car taken in an armed robbery.the ec girls-- lost control and crashed into a ditch.all three were arrested .nobody was injured, and no other cars were involved in the crash also new-racine deputies are looking into a motorcycle crash that killed one person. someone told dispatchers the rider may have hit a mailbox and tree in the town of raymond.deputies found the person dead at the scene.speed and alcohol do not appear to be factors a bank robbery suspect is behind bars this morning -- accused of leading police on a

counties the chase ended at a b-p gas station in washington county.police say the guy wanted to buy one last thing before being tackled by officers. "this guy comes in all frantic, obviously in a hurry. so he skips our whole line and asks me for a pack of cigerettes." we are told the suspect paid for the smokes. police captured him running across highway 60 in hartford with a cigarette in his mouth. a 25-year-old man is recovering this morning following an accident at a milwaukee plastics factory. fire officials confirm the worker got his hand caught in a conveyor belt at tulip corporation.firefighters removed his hand from the machine, and took him to the hospital. a memorial has popped up in menomonie - where a uw-stout student was beaten to death. hussain alnahdi was a foreign exchange student from saudi arabia."i just wanted our saudi students to know they are wanted, they are a deeply important part of this

we should get a clearer picture of where wisconsin voters stand just days from the election.the marquette university law school poll comes out at 12-15 this afternoon.the poll asks people how they feel about the presidential and senate races along with some hot button issues. today, marquette university will break ground on a new 96- million dollar residence hall at 17th and wellsit will have 750 beds and house freshmen and sophomore students.it's expected to open in time for the 2018-19 the estabrook dam demolition is closer to reality... this, after the milwaukee common council voted to rezone the land -- paving the way for its removal. now the county executive can sell the land to the milwaukee metropolitan sewerage district -- the agency that would remove the dam. the county executive and the county board have disputed over the 1930s dam for years -- with this vote -- the county executive says demolition should begin
