wheel tax in milwaukee county -- so how do you feel about slashing that fee in half. a finance committee is now proposing a 30 dollar registration fee . ann sterling joins us with what that committee is going today. the finance committee decided 60 dollars was just too much on monday. this morning they will decide if a $30 wheel tax is a better option. county executive chris abele recommended the higher fee to generate money for says it will provide $27 million dollars in 2017. those projects include bus replacements -- bridge and highway repairs .the board proposed to make the change from a $60 wheel tax to a $30 wheel tax on monday.the county board chairman outlined a plan to cut or take money from other projects.there have been several meetings where the public voiced their opinion

the finance committee is holding it final budget review meeting this morning .the county board is scheduled to decide on the 2017 budget on nov. 7.. the family of a man shot dead by a wauwatosa police officer is planning to sue the city . jay anderson junior's family has been waiting since june for the district attorney to decide whether the officer who killed anderson will be charged. police say the officer feared for his life when he found anderson inside a car with a handgun in madison park.. rs family attorney claims evidence was not collected properly at the scene. the district attorney's office tells today's tmj4, they are not close to making a decision on whether to charge the officer in this case. do you recongize this man....
