investigators say the school bus driver behind the wheel during a deadly crash earlier this week in maryland should not have been driving. officials say he had his commercial

kenosha police say shortly after the bank opened at 9 a- m, a man walked in and handed a note to a teller - demanding money. when police were called he threaten to set off a bomb strapped to his body. they ordered him out and had him remove his clothing prior to that two hours after police sais johnson bank located inside a pick'n save shopping center on kenosha's northside, he is placed stripped from his shirt and escorted into custody. the employees at the time called the police uniform officers responded had some initial contact with the subject who claimed he had a bomb strapped to himself. 135408 kenosha police say the suspect is in his 30's and is of asian decent. while it was a tense situation for tactical units trying to figure out if there was a legitimate threat, police say the man was cooperative and bank employees were smoothly evacuated. there
