everyone making obscene gestures. northeast wisconsin technical college hosted a groundbreaking ceremony today for their new transportation center. the 62- thousand square foot building will house the college's automotive, auto collision and diesel medium and heavy trucks programs. the project is part of the 20-15 referendum. the building is expected to open in fall of 20- two building projects are underway at the university of wisconsin-oshkosh, but crews have yet to break ground on a third that officials originally expected to finish intramural recreation field complex will now begin next year.the 6-point-4 million dollar complex includes a warm-up field, and a "super" field. a dome will cover the super field from november through april that will allow for its use in winter. it will be the first of its kind on a u-w campus. still ahead - we'll get a look at the markets this afternoon... and -- holiday decorations-- how this laser lights trend could put pilots
