on scene helping many who are stuck in the wreckage. we will continue to follow this story as it develops throughout the morning and on w-t- s-p dot com. right now-- people in new hampshire are casting their ballots in the nation's first primary. they're now 5 hours into voting and we're starting to see results trickle in. 10news reporter sarah hollenbeck is live at the pinellas county election office. sarah, the new hampshire primary coincides with a big milestone in florida too. yes, this morning this office here in st petersburg will send out 200- thousand ballots for the florida primary. but for now it's new hampshire in the spotlight and we're glimpse of results there. in the tiny towns of

midwest. take a look. kids in boston enjoyed getting a snow day on monday, but travel was a mess through the downtown area and in and out of logan international airport. the city says not enough snow has fallen for people to use space savers for parking. students have been out since last thursday, but are expected to head back to class today. the royal caribbean cruise ship that was damaged after sailing through a storm in the atlantic ocean is expected back in its home port in new jersey tomrrow. u-s senator bill nelson is asking for an investigation into why the ship sailed through rough waters in the first place. the cruise ship was supposed to stop at port canaveral before heading to the bahamas.. but royal caribbean says they had to turn around. listen to what passengers have to say about how

the cruise line says guests will receive full refunds and certificates toward a future cruise. the zika virus is making headlines once again...this time in pinellas county. 10news reporter emerald morrow is live at the mosquito control center in clearwater. emerald, this continues to be a big concern for health officials in our area. yeah, and this afternoon, mosquito control workers will be here with health officials talking about how their plan to protect you from the virus that just keeps spreading. take a look at this map...this shows all the places where zika infections have popped up this is the map from january. just one month ago, there were no cases at all in the us and here's a map from today...you can see how much and how fast the virus has spread. we've already had more than a dozen cases reported right here in florida...including three in hillsborough county which is why pinellas county wants to be aggressive and do what it can to stop the virus from spreading so far, all of the cases have been from people

country...but spreading so far, all of the cases have been from people who contracted zika while out of the country...but officials still want to make sure they're taking action here. the problem is so big, even the white house is taking notice. coming up at 5:30, i'll tell you what the obama administration plans to ask congress for to help fight this terrifying virus. in clearwater, em, 10news, wtsp. f-dot will begin working tonight on permanent repairs after a backhoe being towed on a truck bed struck an overpass on i-75. it happened at overpass road in pasco county. f-dot says the repairs may take several nights. a preliminary assessment found the damage was not severe. the driver of the truck was charged with having an over- height load. today we could see video of an art thief in action,

20-thousand glass sculpture from the chihuly in st. pete. look at this: it's the "cobalt and lavender piccolo venetian with gilded part of the 6 million dollar glass the 8 inch sculpture vanished from the gallery sunday afternoon and monday cleaning crew discovered it missing. police have been pouring through video from at least 3 security cameras trying to uncover who swiped it. police say they possibilities from an inside job, to the the sculpture before swiping it. word out so the thief can't profit off the piece of art. 'morgan and morgan' is going after 'monster they claim the energy drinks are causing healthy people to have serious health issues. filed five cases. they're also investigating at

hong kong's leader made a brief appearance at his office this morning to condemn the disturbance. new this morning, a petition has been approved to recall michigan governor rick snyder. the board that approved the petition denied most of the proposals related to flint's water crisis. the petition included a measure that said governor snyder had failed the people of flint, but the board was split along party lines. the board is still working on ballot language. people in an alabama neighborhood are facing a dangerous situation. look at this massive sinkhole opening up behind their homes. it's now more than 11 feet deep and has been growing since storms hit the area on christmas eve. people say a temporary fence has been put up, but not about any plan to
