new this morning: tampa police are investigating a double shooting. it happened around midnight in the 32 hundred deleuil avenue. that's just north of hillsborough avenue. officers arrived and found two men shot. one is in critical condition, the other has ?non life-threatening injuries. both were rushed to the hospital. no names released... and no word on the shooter. developing this morning in hillsborough county: the search for a man...who went jet-skiing with his son, and ?never returned. it happened last night on the alafia river. fox 13's shayla reaves is now by the river with the latest on this. and shayla... the

new developments this morning... in the fbi email investigation tied to hillar more about what may be in them.... fbi forensic experts have now started sifting through ?thousands of emails discovered on the computer shared by clinton aide "huma abedin" and her husband "anthony weiner." a source has told fox news that a preliminary search turned up state department records and emails from hillary clintons private server. a source from weiners legal team also tells fox that his laptop was apparently used as a ?backup for his wife's smartphone contacts. and it apparently copied all her

investigation will be complete... ?before election day. for the second time in nearly a ?week... hillary clinton is back in the bay area today. and this time, she's making it a ?family affair. both hillary ?and her husband... president bill clinton will be in town... at two separate events. the clinton campaign previously said hillary would be in ?tampa today... but they clarified that on monday... saying she's actually heading to pasco county. hillary will hold a rally at the pasco-hernando state college east campus in dade city. the event is from three to five the doors open at one. you can sign up for free tickets on hillary's website. and while hillary is in pasco county... former president bill clinton will be in pinellas county. bill is holding his ?own rally, in st. petersburg. it's taking place at the wildwood rec center. doors open at 5-30 p-m and the event starts at 6-30. you can sign up for free tickets to this event as well on hillary's campaign site. and donald trump's running mate just ?left the bay area. mike pence spoke in clearwater monday. partially... in the ?dark.

the power to go out. so pence picked up a megaphone and spoke in the dark. he argued that republican voters should return home and vote for trump... because too much is at stake to sit out the election: donald trump is making his own appearances in florida tomorrow... with rallies planned for jacksonville, orlando and miami. as far as the power outtage: firefighters tells us it was likely a blown fuse. and there was ?no sign of any tampering. the supervisor of elections in ?seminole county is investigating possible

spring valley neighborhood had their absentee ballots ?stolen and then ?submitted by someone else... ?before they could even vote. the voters were given ?new ballots... but it's still not clear who stole the old ones, or if they're ?still out there committing the crime. the supervisor of elections says right now... it appears to be an isolated incident. happening today: a new way to get across tampa bay... has it's maiden voyage. the "cross bay ferry" travels from downtown tampa near the convention center... to downtown st. petersburg, ferry will have it's first trip around ten this morning... carrying local officals from st. pete to tampa. the trip will last about an hour. the ferry service begins for the ?public this friday. but you can start buying ?tickets today on their website. it costs ten dollars each way.((more)) you also have several chances to ride the ferry for ?free. frontier communications is sponsoring free "test the water" rides the monday,tuesday, and wednesday... before thanksgiving, starting november 21st. frontier will also sponsor a "ride free" ?day... the third

sunday through april. that begins on november 20th. in just a few minutes... a group of heroes will be heading out, on an amazing trip. it's the latest "honor flight" hosted by "honor flight of west central florida." today will be the group's 26th different honor flight. this is video from a previous honor flight, back in june. this morning veterans from world war two, the korean war, and the vietnam war,will travel to washington d-c to see their national memorials. minutes, from the st. pete- clearwater airport. it returns tonight... where a big homecoming is planned. the public is invited to come out and welcome them home. they get back around 8-30 p-m. but you can start arriving at seven. and parking for the event is free. think you had a lot of trick-or-treaters in ?your neighborhood last night? it's probably nowhere ?near what they get in one st. pete neighborhood. the streets

it's so big... police even ?closed the street to traffic.. fox 13's crystal clark was there last night... to experience one ?sweet tradition: crystal in:need of the darkness of night nor the spooky halloween decorations seem to scare away any trick-or-treaters. neighbor say well into the night, about 3500 kids were walking the streets.(vo)northeast st. petersburg is become a hotspot for trick-or-treaters every year. it's an ongoing tradition for many houses to decorate their homes about as elaborate as you'd see during christmas time.there were a variety of themes, from alien ships to even haunted houses or kids could actually sit is growing bigger, and this year another 100 kids seem to show up. st. petersburg police assisted by closing off many of the roadways.while getting a bag full of candy is always fun for kids, a lot of them say having the most creative costume is their goal this year, and many families join in on the fun as well.folks say halloween is the night when they can just let loose and be who they truly are inside.(sot)"st pete bettle juice"/celebrating halloween "for me halloween is just having fun. getting out, seeing everybody, they're not afraid of anything anymore. they can be themselves. they can act like a crazy person." runs:08(vocont)it's pretty easy to see these decorations are extravagant, and many neighbors say they spent months putting it altogether. they say they cannot wait to take them down for the next step. christmas decorating! in

and one tampa neighborhood is giving st. pete a run for its money. the folks that live along prospect road go all-out. hundreds of trick-or-treaters went house to house filling up their bags full of candy. there were dogs...and super heroes...and jellyfish... some homeowners even turned their front yards and doorsteps into elaborate shows. and don't forget to send us pictures of your halloween

making headlines across america: a real-life ?horror story on halloween. three people killed overnight in mississippi... after a truck carrying trick-or-treaters... got in a serious crash. carrying several kids in their costumes when it collided with another vehicle on u-s highway 80. two children and one adult were killed, and they were all related. their ages and names have not been released. several others were also injured in the crash. it all happened in the small town of chunky, mississippi with a population of just three hundred people. three helicopters and several ambulances responded to the scene. more on this story, as it develops. jury selection is now underway in charleston, south carolina... where a former

unarmed black man. this story received national attention in april of last year, after cellphone video, recorded by a bystander, showed "michael slager" shooting "walter scott" as he ran from a traffic stop. the jury will have to decide if the shooting is murder. if convicted, slager faces 30 years to life in prison. new this morning: the nations sixth largest transit system... slams on the brakes. just after midnight, more than five thousand transportation workers in philadelphia went on strike. it comes after is expected to affect subways, public buses, and trolley service. the transit system carries about 400 ?thousand passengers a day... including more than sixty thousand ?kids that use the service to get to school. some schools will try to provide extra buses... if parents can't drive them. rescue crews continue to search for trapped miners... after a deadly coal mine explosion in southwest china. it happened yesterday afternoon. at least 13 people have died... and 20 others are still trapped
