nine more along the side of the vehicle. all of the passenger side windows have been blown out. according to state police here's what they tell us at this point. this may have started with a shooting on the atlantic city expressway involving two vehicles, a second vehicle was found on the garden estate parkway just past the ramp off the expressway in the northbound lanes. there was one victim found there shooting victim. four victims in this suv and again as we just reported one of those victims we're told has died so five shooting victims one fatality. four people were wounded by gunfire. crime scene investigators now on the scene here trying to figure out exactly what happened. there is money, clothing and blood all over the place here in the parking lot at the wawa the shoot diagnose not take place here. the victim drove to this parking lot. the back tire of that suv as you can see has been blown out. we spoke to several customers who walked out and saw this seen a few minutes ago. >> it's scary.

like i live literally five minutes, not even f here. and just to hear about it, it's cray see like. there's so much going on right now. >> all shot up. look at the glass, clothes on the floor. they must have got hurt. had to be hurt. because all the windows are busted. >> reporter: now again back out here live at the scene you see crime scene investigators working on that suv. again, a second shooting scene northbound on the parkway is also surrounded by police out there. as they try to get to the bottom of exactly what happened here. no exact specific words at least at this point from the state police here on the scene. we are expecting a spokesperson from state police headquarters in trenton to arrive and walk us through this. we do not have motive at this point. do not so any weapons in that vehicle or out on the ground here at this point. so, again, exactly what touched this off, we do not know at this point. we'll bring you much more tonight at 10:00 and 11:00. dawn? >> all right, dave, thank you. a devastating fire rips

through an overbrook landmark. it's been standing fall tall for more than 100 years. now all that's left is a burned out shell. luckily though no one was hurt. >> firefighters did have to rush to the scene to get people out safely. our brad sattin live at the scene right now. brad, what a loss for this community. >> reporter: yeah arc big one for sure, iain. there is no cause known at this point but big loss. this community really is devastated. we're hear at the corner of 65th and lansdowne here. this fire broke ate out around 9:00 this morning. they are still as you see putting out hot spots here. the congregation point for this community is now suddenly just a shell of a building. you can see right through it. and this fire nearly cost one man his life. >> i was in the shower and the power went out and the water got real hot so i got out. opened up the door and couldn't see down the hallway at all. >> rick clemm had to feel his way through thick smoke on to a window then on to the roof where

he was rescued by firefighters. cell phone video showing the building in engulfed in names. he and five others were inside the church when the fire start started. early indications are in the basement. everyone got out. as did this cat. found clinging outside an upper floor window grabbed by a firefighter. but what could not be saved -- >> it's a big loss. >> reporter: was good shepherd presbyterian church more than 100 years old. a prayer and community center for so many. >> it's a shame. >> it's a shame. >> it's a shame. >> reporter: while 120 firefighters and other personnel worked to control the blaze, some neighbors prayed. >> maybe the lord will intervene and bring this fire under control. >> reporter: pastor pam williams got married in this church two years ago. >> we're devastated with what has happened today because we have lot of everything. not only a place to worship god but we've lost a part of us because a part of us was inside that building. >> reporter: it's not clear yet how stable the building is but looking for cause of the fire will rhee require investigators to go inside.

>> we won't be able to actually do the cause and origin peace until the fire is officially quenched and we're able to make it cold and get in there and it's structurally sound but they're already working. this investigation will go on probably at least for couple of days. >> reporter: well again as you see back live here they are still putting out those hot spots. nine hours later again no one was hurt. we do know that two cats are missing. several different congregations have called this church home. they tonight are still looking for some new places to worship. so obviously devastating to this community. iain? >> absolute, brad, all right. thank you we are learning more tonight about the woman accused of slashing tires outside the home of philadelphia da seth williams. that woman is apparently his girlfriend. that's how she was identified in financial disclosure statements. delaware county district attorney charging the 47-year-old stacey cummings. police say the cars that cummings damaged last november were part of seth williams security detail.

philadelphia mayor jim kenney spoke about the charges today. >> she shouldn't have done it. she apparently admitted doing it. she shouldn't have done it. really has nothing to do with me. and we have a lot of problems we're dealing with in the city on regular basis including kids being shot in the street and people trying to get work and people trying to get their lives in a better situation. that will play out with the district attorney's office in delaware county. it has very little to do with me. >> it's not clear what kind of relationship cummings and the district attorney currently ha have. we are learning more about what appears to be a tragic accident in west philadelphia that killed a little boy. police say someone driving an suv hit a twenty two 23 month old boy last night after he darted into the 4800 block of marion avenue. fm family members identified the child as ameen rory. relatives say the to the was outside playing with his cousins when he got away from the safety of his mother. this was just before

7:00 o'clock at night. they say the little boy ran between two parked cars and was hit by a chevy trailblazer. now the driver did stop at the scene. so far no one has been charged. new tonight the reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction vection of whoever shot a little girl in camden has increased again. authorities say that reward now stands at $76,000. thanks to another donation by the philadelphia fbi and the 76ers. eight-year-old gabbie carter died last week after police say she was hit by a stray bullet on the streets of camden. if you know anything at all, call camden police. happening now, philadelphia police are looking for two men they say worked together to rob a store in kressonville. police say one of the men acted as look out while the other demanded money inside. take look. authorities releasing this surveillance video that happened last tuesday. according investigator as man guarded the door outside the metro pcs store along the 700 block of adams avenue.

affordable care act this comes as republicans including presidential nominee donald trump campaigned to repeal and replace the law. the governor says this bring the number of insured residents under the state's public health care to 1.7 million. he criticized the federal government saying that he doesn't feel they should be running this for the state. good news for anyone looking for place to park in center city philadelphia. there's a new place to do just that. the philadelphia parking authority officially reopened the garage at eighth and arch. it went through $33 million in renovations and officials say it's now a state of the art facility. the building will also house an optical center operated by wills eye hospital. city leaders say the renovated building is just the latest project that's modernizing modeg center city's east market district. coming up a, big sea turtle rescued at the jersey shore. what officials think may have happened to her want they're doing to get her back in good health again. plus police are warning about a potentially deadly batch.

stranding center have been caring for the 140-pound sea turtle since saving her in brigantine. our bill anderson tells us how the turtle is doing. >> i get to meet 140-pound sea turtle today. trying try not to be jealous marine mammal stranding center in brigantine gets lots of calls about turtles in recent of help. a recent call to oyster creek nuclear plan was a little different. >> it's not unusual when they call and say there's a turtle on the intake line a cooling system they use for the nuclear plant. when they have 100-pound turtle that's different. most of the turtles we get in from that plant are maybe eight to 10-pounds. >> reporter: when they pick her up they found out she was likely closing close to shore because she had been hit by a boat and loss the use of her back flippers. >> she can survive but not in the wild. in order to for a sea turtle to lay eggs, they have to climb up on the beach and dig a whole

with their rear flippers only and deposit the eggs. she couldn't do that. >> tough to grasp just how big a 140-pound turtle is unless you're he up close. >> if i fall in -- (inaudible). >> we tried to get you as close as possible. but the folks at marine mammal calling immediate about getting a little too close. >> if she's curious enough she took a bite at your hand she would take your hand off. >> really? >> community has rallied in support. donating the dozens plus crabs she eats every day. but now the bigger challenge is trying to find a home that can accommodate a turtle this size. >> she's going to keep growing. she's not full grown yet. and right now the pool is something this size. >> at least. >> reporter: after several near misses i managed not to fall in the pool. so that's one positive. as large as this turtle seemed she could eventually way 300 pounds and live another 40 years. finding a permanent home will take a lot.

(laughter). >> all right. nice work, bill. thank you. let's get back to your fox 29 weather authority now. here's kathy orr to tell us how long we'll stay hot. >> we'll stay hot for the next couple of days but wait until you see the relief, iain. take a look out at old city philadelphia. this is fifth and market. a busy afternoon wine not. very comfortable out there. 92 in the city. 76 in the poconos. 89 in trenton. and down the shore little bit of a mix of everything. ocean city 90. the boardwalk in ac86. you see the cool spot the southern end of lbi beach haven roaring in at 81 degrees. dew points falling with lower humidity in the wake of a cold front. the only thing you'll notice with this cold front is lower humidity. look at it the poconos at 57 quite comfortable little muggy is philadelphia but still oppressive in the 70s in millville and dover. but the humidity will lower

during the late night hours. we have two tropical depressions to watch. tropical depression number eight and number 91 right here in the gulf of mexico. both of these will become tropical storms within the next 24 to 48 hours. so one will be her pipe and the other one was will be ian in honor of iain page. >> you can see tropical depression eight coming close to hatteras and moving out to sea. this will create some rough surf down the shore over the next couple of days and then we have to watch tropical depression number nine. right now in the gulf looks like it could make a landfall along the western coast of florida by thursday. and then go back off the coast of the carolinas by friday. this could create some rough surf for us down the shore over the course of the holiday weekend. so rip current risks will be moderate to high between now and wednesday and then again over the holiday weekend. so please pay attention to the lifeguards i'm sure they'll be doing double duty over the holiday weekend with extended hours and make sure you never swim where the beach is not
