>> reporter: we're here in the 1200 block of macdade boulevard in collindale and i'm join by collindale police chief bob adams. we have got the house behind us. we will show it as we talk here but just tell me what you have and what you are looking at. >> at 1:22 and officer from another town at cvs, purchasing an anniversary card for his wife and clerk got his attention saying there was a male acting suspiciously in the store in the section he sells cosmetics. male realized she was talking to the officer male, fled out of the store store wearing a white t-shirt. one of our officers was in the area, observed male fleeing the rear of this property across the street and went in the back of the house. officer went in, and asked what was in the house where the guy was? the guy was in the house. while the officer was standing there talking, backup officers arrived, and he started to see things around the house that were alarming to him. once he saw them from his experience they removed the actor, the female, another

heal was in the house out of the rot for their safety. they sealed the property up. called supervisor who in turn called me and called detective and we are awaiting the state police and chemist to show up. >> are they in custody? >> they are being detained, no charges yet. they are being interviewed by county detectives. we're just going through process, legally step by step. >> reporter: what will the chemist try to find out here. >> what the chemicals are in the house. is there a series of chemical containers in the bedroom, there was some white powder, quantities of the white powder, so also a concern it might be a lab so that is why we back out for everybody's safety. second floor tenants out. we have maintain the house since this morning at 1:30. we are awaiting the arrival of the state the police chemist from state police. >> reporter: how many people live in the house all together. >> three. >> reporter: three detained on the first floor and second floor there was a couple with two animals.

5:03. good to go on the schuylkill expressway but that was not the case overnight. lets roll video from our news van when we pulled up to the scene of a fatal accident last night. happened just after 11:00 in the eastbound lanes of the schuylkill expressway right here near montgomery drive involving a tractor trailer and that overturn vehicle. it took police until 3:15 this morning to get all lanes back opened up but as we come back to the maps the good news is everything is opened east and west on the schuylkill expressway. crews did not work last night on the vine expressway, so that is good news, and here's a little hint of some fog sue is hinting to. this is i-95 right here near philly international the airport. we had huge, delays, and ground stops yesterday, because of the fog, and none of that yet, if you have the first early flight out of philly international so far, so good. here's a live look at the new jersey turnpike with a little bit of fog near the delaware memorial bridge, accident in spring house, 309 norristown road and also a crash in

hatfield, 40-foot road and clemens road. then we had that campaign event today, bill clinton coming to town, montgomery county community college just watch for a lot of detours, and police presence there with that event time set for 3:00 o'clock. lauren and karen back to you. we've got breaking news from kensington right now. police are investigating another murder. >> third in that area in just 24 hours. steve keeley joins us live from police headquarters with more, hi there steve. >> reporter: stats are four killings in 25 hours adding those three you just talk about to the one we were reporting on yesterday. this all started just an hour after the one we were reporting on yesterday. here's the video and you will recognize the area because it is one of the main drags through philadelphia, east allegheny avenue. yes, a very big street busy street constant there i 24 hours a day populated with people and surveillance cameras because there is a lot of businesses there. this started with a fight with

fists or words and then someone came have after this nearly turned 30 year-old with a gun on this young man's birthday. a gun in hand revenge on his mind and he fired away. >> now fortunately in the 700 block of east allegheny we found several businesses on both side have the street that do have private surveillance cameras, police, viewed these cameras and at least one of the businesses did record the entire incident. so homicide detectives are on location processing the scene and they will get a copy of the recording. >> reporter: we will see if we will get a copy of it, it is clear enough to put out to the public so they can get a look at these killers. now this hon mayhem and murdering spree and streak began just 11 minutes past midnight here on rosehill street where a 19 year-old man was shot in the back of the head and pronounced dead just

nine minutes after that 12:11 a.m., 9:11 call. this shots fired at this guy at close range. seven hours after that 7:08 in the morning right after sunrise while we're here on the murder late sun take night at the headquarters, and while kids are walking to school waiting for their buses a hand in his zero's shot and killed right here on east tuskalum and cambria police raced him to the hospital but pronounced dead at temple after 20 minutes after that 911 call. karen and lauren all of these killings instant point blank and just brazen no concern if there is witnesses around, cameras around, kid around or even in the day light at 7:00 in the morning. >> so frustrating and disturbing at every level, we thank you. donald trump's wife talking about growing number of woman who say her husband groped them. speaking to fox's ainsley earhardt melania trump said woman are coming forward and lying.

fired billy bush. he was caught on tape having a vulgar conversation about women with donald trump. conversation was taped years ago when trump was in the a cap date for president but recently released before his firing. bush was suspended. he has said he is embarrassed and a shame. meanwhile donald trump continues to tea any any allegations of sexual assault by accusers. in an interview with "fox news" he said quote it would be very easy to apologize but you cannot apologize for an event that never took place. trump says these women support hillary clinton or looking to get famous. there is another twist in the clinton e-mail scandal. according to newly released records from the fbi investigation a state department official tried to convince the fbi that an e-mail should be declassified in exchange forgetting more fbi agents overseas in iraq. fbi and state department deny any deal was offered. hillary clinton has been having a lot of high profile democrats hit the trail for her, now the president is going to be speaking and in

our area, former president bill clinton will be at montgomery county community college of blue bell that will be at 3:00 o'clock this afternoon. so many leaders are taking issue with donald trum from our area who have been talking about how voting is rigged in philadelphia. it has some offended. it is not true. they say this is a legitimate voting in the city. >> trump has continue to claimed it is rig. philadelphia pennsylvania state leaders, say they dispelled those accusations. trump's allegations of election rigs is his attempt to disrupt voting and discourage minorities from casting ballots. they are assuring voters that every vote will count. >> all those there are d's and r's represented at this press conference there is a willingness and desire to state to the voters of philadelphia and in fact around the state and nation that things will go smoothly on east lex day in our city, the birthplace of democracy.

aware of that. philly international mass transit off to a good start this morning, lauren and karen back over to you. speaking of vehicles there was a car set on fire right along 53rd and media, police are investigating this fire. >> they are also looking into several suspicious car fires in west philadelphia. they say someone set at least seven cars on fire yesterday morning near 1900 block of north 60th street. right now fire officials are not saying whether they are related. one person tells us the fire started in her gas tank. >> i could not see what was in there but there was physically fire coming out. i told my son to get my husband and to bring the fire extinguisher and to call 911. >> it could have ease liz set one of these treason fire, could have caused more damage then it did. >> again, up investigators do think there is something sus fish bus this rash of car fires. robbed, and murdered in an alley behind his own home, police are searching for whom ever it is did this to a

beloved member have the lawncrest community. we told you this yesterday on the fox 29 morning news. police are saying two men confronted johnny caseda on the 5100 block of f street 10:30 sunday night. they said men robbed and then shot the 28 year-old several times. he died after telling police killers had stolen his gun. he leaves behind a wife and a young son. an armed suspect ambushes two police officers at a star bucks in california. investigators believe the attack was planned after the suspect 41 year-old adam powell drove around the star bucks several times before this confrontation happened. officials say that the officers were not injured because powell's weapon jammed right as he was trying to fire at the officers. >> the officers followed the suspect as he was trying to clear that malfunction and they engaged him with their weapons drawn. powell was wearing body arm or and his assault weapon was a fix with the barrel type magazine. >> powell was also a person of interest in the shooting that

county. >> police are investigating a possible drug lab in a house in collindale. dave kinchen has been on the scene since it all started, hi there, dave. >> reporter: hi, police sources are saying they are suspecting this to be a drug lab here at 1220 macdade boulevard in collindale. investigators holding the scene right there, the house where three people are tea tane by police being questioned in this case. i want to show you down the street to the cvs. there is a connection here. police say this started with an officer buying a card for his wife when he was tipped off by a worker here in this store that there was someone acting suspiciously with a bunch of items in a tray and once that person noticed that the cop was tipped off they ran for it and investigators say they ran back to this house. radio report was put out detailing the suspect wearing a white t-shirt and then he was spotted ducking in the back of this house. investigators got in the house

they detained that person and two others. there is a separate residents on the top floor and they were taken out for their safety because this officer noticed inside there were chemicals and things that looked suspicious. here's the police chief to pick it up there there. >> the officers started to see things in the bedroom and apartment that brought alarm to them as possibility of some kind of chemicals in the property, powder, containers, certain chemicals that a normal person would have in their house. they evacuated property, second floor, secured it, called supervisor, i responded, called county detectives, after a heating of the mind notified state police and there was a chemist coming there bet home. >> that chemist is suspected to be here around 6:00 or 6:30. that said chemist will look at chemicals and determine exact liz what they are but police sources suspecting this to be

uncomfortably numb to this news this violence this kind of head line headaching mayhem. two consecutive days of killing. we are here at headquarters report to go day three times worse then yesterday because it is three more murders since yesterday, starting just an hour after that one making it the fourth in 25 hours. all four young men between 19 and 30 years old all four shot, several times point blank, in the head. including the latest right here on allegheny avenue, right here in front of both this man's girlfriend and many cameras with those many businesses on this very big, busy road and right on victim's birthday. >> based on witness this being 30 year-old victim was involved in the prior physical altercation with other males in the the area and we believe that is the motive for this shooting. what makes this case more tragic is is this 30 year-old
