are all facing several charges...and 2 of them had outstanding warrants. police say one of the men even recorded the chase, and posted it on facebook. they add that the suspects most likely thought they were home free. sometimes what happens when the ground units break off of a pursuit and someone feels like they're not being pursued anymore than they do just that investigators also thank the suspects for shooting this video...they say it gives them more evidence for their case. kentucky governor matt bevin signs into law an abortion bill that updates the state's informed consent law. it now requires that women seeking abortions be told of medical risks and benefits at least 24 hours beforehand. the bill gives patients and doctors the option of meetings in person or by video. it's the first bill governor bevin has signed since taking office. the creation museum wants to triple its size... and some boone county leaders are expected vote on the expansion plans tonight. our jessica brown joins us live in burlington with

live that's right this creation museum could triple in size within the next few years. new plans to expand will be going before the boone county planning and zoning commission tonight. the museum group says there's just not enough space for traveling exhibits so they want to build a new building that will be big enough to host them which often requires at least 15 thousand square feet. leaders of the creation museum also want to build a new parking lot. if approved the project is expected to take 3-years to complete and cost 15-20 million dollars. which is expected to be paid donations. when the zoning and planning its recommendation county fiscal court for the meeting is tonight. live dbl box rob 2shot this morning's

check this out... police in the netherlands want to use eagles to take out drones. the dutch national police are testing out eagles that target the unmanned devices that some consider a nuisance. the bald eagles have been trained to swoop in and neatly dispose of any unwanted drones. the dutch company that came up with the idea calls them a "low tech solution for a high tech problem." this may make your skin crawl ... but a new study suggests bedbugs are becoming harder to get rid of. that's because the overuse of certain chemicals has caused the bugs to develop a resistance to the insecticides used to kill them. experts say companies may need to consider alternate chemicals if they notice bedbugs on surfaces that have been previously treated. a rare case of the zika virus has turned-up in texas. it was transmitted
