responsible for a weekend left several people injured. joins us live...and know who they're looking for? investigating this case wil be a lengthy process crimes scenes to with multiple victims and suspects. vo the incident morning around offiers got thousand bloick of oak avenue. we're told one victim ran away from the scene and was picked up by a day in the neighborhood. that car was then involved in a four vehicle crash at deerfield and passenger in the same car sustained minor injuries from the crash and was transported to the hospital. the male gunshot victim was also transported to the hospital for treatment. a second male sustained a gunshot wound in the shooting and fled the scene on foot. his whereabouts are unknown at this time. evidence was also found at two other locations in the city shortly after the shooting, more on those details in the next half hour. reporting live from the blue ash police department, jordan vilines, fox 19 now. new this morning... these 2 men are

the man accused of shooting a kenton county k-9 officer is expected to change his plea in court today. 34-year-old daleon rice faces a long list of charges, including attempted murder of a police officer. investigators say he stabbed his mother back in april...which led to a multi- county manhunt ending with k-9 ernie being shot twice. he's since recovered and now back on the job! you can bet there will be a lot of people in denver calling in sick to work today... this was the scene after the game in downtown denver. there were 12

officially over...the company is doing what they can to make sure it doesn't happen again... and that could affect your lunch plans today... dan wells joins us live in crescent springs with more on the nationwide closure. live chipotle is closing all of its stores nationwide for four hours monday to hold a company-wide staff meeting about food safety. the meeting is set to run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. company officials say the meeting will go over an improved "farm-to- fork" food safety program, which the chain implemented in january. it includes paid sick leave to make sure employees will stay home when they're sick, dna-based testing of ingredients before they're shipped to restaurants, and some changes in food preparation. those changes include washing and cutting tomatoes and romaine lettuce and shredding cheese in central kitchens instead of individual restaurants. and the restaurants are now blanching avocados, onions and limes. they're are also implementing new ways to marinate chicken and steak. the meeting will take place at the chain's headquarters in denver and will be broadcast nationwide. the centers for disease control announced on feb. 1 that the outbreak that started in july "appears to be over." but the damage was already done. about 500 people got sick last year. some of the sickened diners have sued chipotle. the u.s. justice department is investigating the company for possible criminal activity. vo live religious liberty ---
