both sides...outside the courthouse the case centers around a texas law mandating hospital like standards for abortion facilities. the problem is....many abortion clinics don't have those standards, and opponents say a huge number of goes through. supporters of the bill, disagree. this case is not about overturning roe v. wade. what this -- the issue in this case is can texas enact valid patient regulations and improve safety."
