north korea releases footage of what they say is 21-year old otto warmbier stealing a propaganada banner from a hotel during his trip there. the wyoming high school grad was just sentenced this week to 15 years of hard labor in a north korean prison. he's been detained since early january. the state department and white house are currently negotiating warmbier's release... tensions with north korea and the u.s. continue to escalate. and now...south korea say the north has fired a ballistic missile 500 miles into the sea. the launch comes days after north korean leader kim jong un ordered
