who was driving the car the plunged off the combs hehl bridge and into the ohio river here's some surveillance video of that incident...it was captured from a home on the kentucky side of the river. this video is a big piece in the investigation. officers say they were contacted by a family about a missing relative that hasn't been seen since the time of the accident. that person apparently drives the same type of car that crashed. "its a strong possibility that we believe we know who might be...had been driving at the time the vehicle went over the bridge." butted to "for us, the most important aspect of this recovery is the occupants in the vehicle so we're not going to rush anything that might distrub that. the car is secondary." now, investigators

but say that person used the bridge frequently. dive crews will attemp to locate any occupants when the river current slows down. that could be tuesday or wednesday. developing now crews respond a house fire in independence. when crews arrives on scene around 5 this morning, smoke and flames were coming from roof. no one was hurt. the cause is still under investigation. police say 2 northern kentucky men were killed in a murder suicide in pikeville. police say 36-year old nicholas hopkins of florence, and this man, 22-year old travis thompson of independence were found after someone asked the police to check on them yesterday. investigators have not released any more details about the shooting. one of the men was studying at the university of pikeville. new information in the case of a 4-year old who police say was burned to death by his stepmother. court records from a custody hearing between austin cooper's parents show there was history

the hospital. day is due in court again next week. no word on any additional charges. indicted in several shootings at great american tower. rayshawn herald is now facing charges for the rounds through cincinnati's tallest skyscraper over however... officials won't say if he actually fired only prove that he was in possession of the gun that was used. here's how they were able to prove it..police they matched shell cases from this shootout on reading road that happened just a few months later. police say the man in the video... is herald... firing shots that eventually hit a metro bus! he's now in jail for that incident. investigators say technology was a big help in tracking him down. november paris attacks that caused this chaos and killed 130 people-- was captured alive in a raid in belgium. french and belgian authorities just held a news conference detailing the next steps. kim hutcherson has the latest.. french president francois hollande says prosecutors will "urgently" request the extradition of salah abdeslam, suspected of involvement in the terror attacks in paris last year. at a news conference friday afternoon, hollande thanked belgian authorities and praised the two countries' joint counter- terrorism efforts. president francois holland/france/rtl "the cooperation between france and belgium since these attempts, but even before these attempts, has always been intense and important" --nats gunshots-- abdeslam was taken into custody friday -- along with four others -- during a morning raid in brussels. authorities believe last november, he drove three conspirators to

to college... high school graduates in kentucky may be able to go to community college for free. the proposal has been approved in the kentucky house and is now headed to the senate.

and images like this... of an accident that killed four people... that frequently make headlines. suspect drugs outcome. ofc. russell kenney understand what impairment is, but they in court because they don't have the knowledge or education or experience." officer russell kenney spends his days on the beat in milford. that's not his only job. kenney "in our area, we have a dre in just about every county." a d-r-e is a drug recognition expert. kenney trains them... and coordinates the program in this area. just this week... two lebanon police officers became the newest to join the d-r-e ranks. kenney "we've been doing it for six years. we have around 165 dre officers that have been trained throughout the state." the goal is simple - to prevent

cantlie since february 2015. the british journalist was kidnapped in november 2012 and has been featured in several isis videos. the authenticity of the video, including when and where this video was shot has not been confirmed. the soyuz spacecraft blasted off from kazakhstan, and arrived at the international space station early this morning. it's carrying two russian cosmonauts and american astronaut jeff williams. williams will spend six months on the station, and will become the u.s. record holder for most days in space. he and the two russians are expected to return to earth in september. weather now today: am rain and chance of rain.

thinking pink at breast cancer is impact only middle and older-aged women. dangerous myth. according to the society, every year, under age 40 die from the disease. as our megan o'rourke tells us, there are special resources young survivors. "it was hard, it was definitely hard" had just given birth when she receieved her diagnosis...and subsequent treatment. 4 :10 "chemo, a bi lateral mastectomy, radiation and a hysterectomy" marianne turned to family, friends and even a support group... 6 :19 "they were a great help, but there wasn't many younger women that could kind of relate as far as having young kids and knowing what it's like to have to get up and get your kids ready for school even though you got to go in for treatment" still she felt alone... but, that was never really the case. according to the national cancer institure approximately 70 thousand men and women age 15 to 39 are diagnosed with cancer in the u-s each year. melissa dunn was also one of them. 1 :18 "it definitely was a surprise and not something your typical 25 year old goes through.." now, both with no evidence of the disease, these tristate women are finding a way to help other young survivors as they battle and overcome. melissa and marianne recently returned from a young survival coalition national conference in atlanta. as state leaders, they're starting local chapters of the support group, aimed at helping women under 40. 3 :08 "it's definitely someone to talk to because i can't talk to my girlfriends, and say oh i'm having this problem, because she'd says, well i'm not.." 8 :10 "the day i was diagnosed i oing to do whatever i
