there many times over my life and have a lot of friends in virginia but i did do a project in sterling, louden county a phenomenal project, two golf courses, for miles along the potomac river i think it is the largest piece of land anybody owns outside of the government along the potomac it is a spectacular success i have 900 members, club house i just rebuilt it and it is really something special, it is amazing and it has been a great great success everybody is joining we have a lot of big wigs joining and actually have already joined so that has been fun and i think the vineyards will be fun and those are two pretty big jobs in virginia, in light of what is happening today we are employing a lot of people. >> celebrating that you have a new book out this week as well. is there any thing you wanted to purchase you haven't yet? >> well, i guess over my lifetime, i mean i have made some bad purchases once i made a purchase of a yacht and i bought a big big yacht and never used it because i would rather play golf than go on a yacht so i am sitting here with this huge yacht and say what do i do w
