luxury used car dealer out of sunnyvale faces prison time for defrauding customers of more than one million dollars in cash and cars. wisal ameen, also known as andy paul, pleaded no contest to grand theft, conspiracy, money laundering and other charges. paul, who ran sunnyvale motors, would promise to pay sellers after he sold their cars for them, but instead he would pocket the money he received. he is being held in lieu of $400,000 bail. also new this morning. police in seattle are looking into a possible connection between a large- scale wine theft earlier this month and a similar heist in san francisco. so far, two suspects have been taken into custody in seattle. they accused of taking up to 650-thousand dollars worth of wine at a store last month. the pair allegedly cut gas lines at the store to try and start a fire after taking the wine. now, investigators want to know if this is connected to a theft at fine wines international in san francisco back in march. in that burglary, tens of thousands of dollars worth of wine was stolen. whatoes at first spooul tte le? ok. hoy bunc
