treacherous, roberta. folks are heading to the north bay area where robertar is saying it's coming down the heaviest at this hour. we are getting report from kcbs cell callers that north 101 just before 580, deep standing water has stopped some of the traffic there. it looks like the flooding is up to several inches in the north 101 near the sandra yell bridge. south 101 moving well leaving southern marin into san francisco. tons of accidents, a lot of solo spinout with cars hydroplaning and this accident involving flooding, two lanes shut down in san carlos. south 101 before holly street, an accident blocking the two left-hand lanes. if you plan to make the commute -- a lot of phoenix do this time of the morning -- you see the yellow southbound 680, an overturned vehicle so expect slow traffic there. at the bay bridge toll plaza, westbound moving well. again, it's going to be a wet ride on the other side of the bridge, westbound 80 near ninth street, expect to see some flooding now on those outside lanes so take it nice and easy, give yourself extra time to get out there. 880 as it rolls t
