in west philadelphia we are showing you 57th street. so just some of the very snowy conditions that you're going to wake up to this morning in your neighborhood and on the secondary roads. you can see while there has been an area that has been plowed and crews did a good job, because we did get a lot of snow yesterday, there's a lot of icy and slushy spots. in delaware, this is route 13 and townsend. look how snowy this is in delaware. i'm bringing this up because delaware state offices are on a two-hour delay because of the conditions we're seeing throughout delaware. so what is happening throughout the area? well, on mass transit, septa, new jersey transit and patco are operating on a normal schedule. but be forewarned they probably will be running on a delay. even new jersey transit and septa are advising us with a 15-minute delay. because when it gets this cold the lines of the trains can't operate at normal speed or the lines will be damaged. so just keep that in mind if you're waiting out for the trains this morning. you're going
