. >> you're a monster your whole life, dr. huxtable. you're a monster. shame on you. >> a major new chapter today in bill cosby's fall from grace. nbc 10 was there as onlookers heckled cosby going into the cheltenham police department. that happened moments after rainment on assault charges. deanna durante following today's development. she joins us live from elkins park. cosby spoke to you as he walked? >> reporter: when he was walking out i asked him if he had any comment. he stopped and looked at me, shook his head and said no. he had cataract or shadow around his eye. some described him as looking frail. one point holding a cane. but relied on support of his two attorneys to get him through the door. >> reporter: as he emerged, cosby led to a side door. he shakes his head and nearly stumbles before entering. how do you respond? less than 20 minutes cosby says nothing as he leaves. anything you want to say? >> today, after examination of all of the evidence, we are able to see justice on behalf of the victim. >> reporter: the district attorney elect a
