oklahoma highway patrol plans to release video from at least one of the shootouts. a police chase in waukon led to the arrest of a man and the discovery of a sword in his vehicle. yesterday afternoon, police in through town almost 20 miles an hour over the speed limit. that started a short chase that police say ended when the car... .... crashed into a parked car and hit a building at west street and second avenue in waukon. police also found a sword in the car, and then learned that the driver had allegedly threatened someone with a sword at an apartment building. they arrested leslie ashbacher junior. he's 35 and lives in waukon. right now he faces several charges including police say other charges are pending. police at iowa state university now wear body cameras, but it's not clear when the public will have the right to see any video from those cameras. the campus police started using the cameras this past summer, but so far the department has refused to release any of the video. and the department has not set any timeline for finalizing a formal policy on makin
