threatening to kill people at the mall in pleasanton.>> reporter: ktvu obtained court documents showing that days before the concord crash lemuel wilson jr. was arrested by the pleasanton police and authorities say threatened to use a gun to kill nordstrom employees during a dispute at the stoneridge mall. when officers searched him and the car they found an unspent bullet, a credit card embossing machine and hundreds of credit cards with different numbers on them. will some pleaded not guilty to making criminal threats and forgery and his bill was reduced from $100,000 to $10,000 and he posted bail one day before the crash that killed the two boys and injured the mother. i've learned that the three month old son injured in the crash was breathing on his own but suffering seizures, and the baby is back on the respirator in critical condition at the hospital. wilson has two previous dui convictions which led to the murder charge being filed and is still in jail with the bail set at $2 million. >>> it is 5:05 am. >>> the police in new york city saying the ex-convict that expressed

of the people who led chp on a chase that ended this morning in pleasanton, a police helicopter was used to look for one of the suspects inside of a stolen car coming out of san francisco. that vehicle was spotted on eastbound 580 in dublin just before 3:00 this afternoon. one person was taken into custody when the car finally stopped. >>> also new this morning, authorities on the peninsula talking about a deadly stabbing near a popular park, but they say there's no risk to the public. san mateo county deputies sent us this image from the crime scene last night. it happened after two men got into a fight outside a home near fernandez park on main street in half moon bay. officers arrived to find two men still fighting. the department later tweeted video explaining what happened. >> residents, both males, had visible injuries. one of the males had a visible injury to his neck. and was bleeding heavily. >> the victim died from his injuries. the other two taken into custody. now facing charges. >>> new this morning, a large human trafficking operation has been busted in los angeles and

also facing d-u-i charges... on june 24th... employees at this nordstrom called pleasanton police in a panic - after lemuel wilson repeatedly entered the store and along with his brother started harrassing employees and customers. witnesses say when asked to leave lemuel pushed a manager and threatened to kill him. police arrested the two. police say when they searched his vehicle they found hundreds of credit cards and a device to forge credit cards. the alameda district attorney charged wilson with 8 counts. court documents also reveal, lemuel has a long criminal past - dating back more than a decade with charges of drug trafficking, assault, battery, driving with a suspended liscense and dui.
