west virginia's plan is called wv's every student succeeds playing with past today. now, let me say this about education. not everybody is cut out for the traditional pathway of a four-year degree. we know that. but what we don't know is this, i'm in the schools a lot. if your student that wants to go to the trades and have incredible job in your student hello's electricity or whatever it may be, when you walk the halls other kids may look down on your little bit. that's not fair, or right. some way we need to let those kids know that we have to have them. we have to build the workforce. i want us to develop wayward kids in high school and the trade can get an associate degree wall in high school. [applause] i also want us to add, if it's possible 13th year. so they can get additional certification. i know our president, ms. carmichael is solid behind this, and i am too. on somehow pressed to make our community and technical colleges free.
