for more on huawei's lawsuit, here's vincent ni from bbc chinese. it will take a while for us to know what the verdict is really about, but i think what huawei's trying to find out is what the us government's accusation are really are about. the us government's telling their allies not to use huawei's products because the us says their products pose national security concerns but at the moment it seems they are rumours. so huawei's trying to find out what the evidence is from the us government. so we will have to see what the verdict shows to us. in terms of the legal process that huawei's started here, is the us government obliged to take part, is it obliged to share all of the evidence that it says it has? yes. this is exactly what they are trying to do by filing this lawsuit against the us government. huawei said what the us government has done to huawei is unconstitutional and it is slightly ironic because you would imagine the foreign company to sue the chinese government for banning them from providing a product to china's key infrastructures.
