this is bloomberg. ♪ david: you are watching "balance of power." i am david westin. time for the stock of the hour. boeing is facing as ec probe into its disclosure of the 737 max troubles. the probe focuses on whether boeing adequately inform shareholders on the problems with the plane. we are joined by emma chandra. emma: we shop the stock -- we saw the stock take a lead lower. it has come back a fair amount and we are now looking at boeing up 1.5%. it had been rising around 3% anyway. as you mentioned, news of the sec is investigating, looking at whether they properly communicated with their investors, if they disclose the right information with regard to this grounding. basically it is adding to the scrutiny on the company. david: the sec disclosure has to be something material to the company. implicitly the sec is saying it could be material to the company , which is something we've not seen in the stock. it has been resilient. emma: it has been. earlier in the session it was up 3% despite some other news about the cost that could be affecting boeing as we look
