scott, how damaging could this week's witnesses be? >> well, we have several big names on wednesday. the democrats have called secretary of energy rick perry as well as the acting omb director russell vaught who has -- who would have firsthand knowledge about the military aid that was being withheld to the ukraine. also on thursday, the big name would be john bolton, the former national security adviser -- head of the national security council who had broken with the president over, among other things, this ukraine issue, had raised numerous concerns about withholding aid to the ukraine and made that opinion very clear in the white house. the big question as you mentioned earlier, will the individuals show up at the hearings. so far vout and rick perry indicated they would not. if subpoenaed, he will have to consider that. so it's -- i think we can expect that democrats will issue subpoenas and see how the individuals respond to the subpoenas. >>> there's a new poll out saying 53% of americans saying the house is mainly motivated by po
