george zimmerman's family says, no, it was george zimmerman. again, the fbi tried to listen. there were many voices on the tape at that time. there was a caller on the phone overlapping the background noise. again, due to poor quality and other issues they couldn't determine. they point out that stress levels play into it. both voices cob overstressed and they can't tell who it was. >> what else jumped out at you? >> i think what was very interesting in the capis as there. there was an issue that zimmerman was working an acting appropriately. we want to show you the pictures here of george zimmerman's hands because much has been made of a fight. trayvon martin's hands -- left hand, fourth finger did have a cut. these are george zimmerman's hands. totally clean. no appearance of that he was duking it out with anyone. so, you know, you've got the autopsy report that shows something on trayvon martin. you have this that shows george zimmerman and then you have the sanford police department that said this could have been avoided if george zimmerman had stayed in his car. you can

zimmerman is a racist. also a co-worker who said zimmerman bullied him and mocked him using an exaggerated middle eastern accent. so if that stuff is coming out in his behavior, that lends creedence to the idea this was perhaps racially motivated. still some rough altercation took place. the key question, what triggered it and who jumped first. >> and what's also actually really tragic about this and it becomes more and more trag sick one of the witnesses, the eyewitnesses told police that officers arrived five seconds after that shot. the fatal shot that killed him. >> so far away from trial. lots of miles to go. >>> a downtown louisville neighborhood has been rocked by an outbreak of vilent gunfire. when that scene was over, three people were dead. two others hospitalized after two shootings. for now, police are still trying to sort out what happened and why saying only that the two incidents appear at this point to be unrelated. >> scary scenes. >>> jury deliberations are getting under way in north carol

so everything else is zimmerman's version. if you look at the objective evidence, that video taken 30 minutes after he shoots and kills trayvon martin, you listen to those 911 tapes. that's not something to -- we don't have to depend on anybody to judge that for us. we get to judge that for ourselves. that's most important when you're trying to weigh credibility. >> but the 911 tapes only tell us what zimmerman was saying when he was in that vehicle. we haven't heard any direct eyewitness testimony about what happened after he got out of that vehicle. >> i think we have heard some. but i'm trying to just say listen to the objective evidence. there's going to be a full trial. we want everybody to wait until all the evidence comes out. that's what we've always asked for. we think george zimmerman has a right to a fair and impartial trial. we hope that everybody listens to that, because all trayvon's parents have wanted from day one was justice. they wanted to make sure that trayvon martin got a fair trial just as george zimmerma

cop witnesses back up zimmerman's version. zimmerman's account of killing corroborated. you see some of the samples then. what has changed a few months after the story first broke? joining me, bernie goldberg, a noted media critic and fox news analyst. plus we welcome back alan dershowitz, world reknowned attorney and legal scholar and author of the origin of human rights in the experience of injustice. gentlemen, thank you so much for being here. alan, let me start with you on this. you've been critical of this case on the prosecution side from the beginning. in the wake of what we saw released yesterday, where do you stand now? >> well my views haven't changed. they have just been corroborated. right from the beginning the prosecution knew that zimmerman had bruises on the back of his head. they knew he had a broken nose. they had access to the full-face photograph. they knew the forensics. they just submitted false affidavits and generated the media frenzy. the finger of responsibility points clearly at prosecutor. she raised expectations by politically indicting zimm

if it was so bad, why didn't zimmerman go to the hospital? he declined to be transported to the hospital even after he told officers his head hurt and that he felt light-headed. and there's this. if there was a prolonged struggle, would zimmerman's dna be on trayvon martin's hands? an analysis of scrapings from under the teenager's finger nails did not contain any of zimmerman's dna. but the autopsy done on martin does show a cut, a one quarter by one eighth inch small abrasion on the left fourth finger, an indication he might have been punching zimmerman. the first neighbor to encounter zimmerman after the shooting found him winded. >> he was having a hard time cause he -- looked like he had gotten his butt whooped, so he was a little bit more of a, you know, not shock but like just getting up type of thing. >> there is also this, unanswered question. as the two men fought, who was it neighbors heard yelling for help? in a 911 call, a sergeant counted a man yelling "help or help me" 14 times in 38 seconds. >> listen to the 911 call you can h

"the new york times" still reports as if the evidence is overwhelming that zimmerman is guilty. indeed they end a story in today's newspaper shockingly by quoting an unnamed source that made a phone call to the police alleging that zimmerman may have some racist tendencies. that violates the "time"'s own policy about sourcing. they would never have written such a statement about an unsourced allegation by an unnamed person regarding trayvon martin. "the times" has a position on this case and it allows that position to influence

abc is reporting that a medical report compiled by george zimmerman's family doctor shows that zimmerman was diagnosed with a broken nose, black eyes, cuts on the back of his head, one of them nearly an inch long and a minor back injury the day after he shot and killed trayvon martin. in this security video in the police station where george zimmerman was requested, you can see marks on his head. zimmerman claims he shot martin in self-defense after he attacked him. also tonight reporting that trayvon martin's autopsy report shows the 17-year-old had injuries to his knuckles when he died. matt, you have details about george zimmerman's medical condition. what can you tell us? >> well, the morning after that shooting february 27th, he goes to his family doctor. and she looks him over. she sees as you mention the broken nose, cuts on the back of the head, two black eyes. she also mentions a couple of other interesting things that he told her, specifically that zimmerman had nauseous feelings when he thought of the violence the night before. she also recommended that it was imperative that
