so this is real baltimore. this is not tourist baltimore. this isn't the baltimore you see when you go to an orioles game or you go to see you know the boat in the water. this is further up the road. this is about 25 to -- i'd say about 25 blocks north. if you made a cross with your hands, this is right in the middle of the city and this is a predominantly black neighborhood. but i wouldn't call this a poor neighborhood. baltimore has a variety of neighborhoods. they go very quickly from wealthy to pretty impoverished. all of a sudden you will be in a poor part of town with a lot of baunled homes. this is not that area. this is actually a pretty busy alive place. this is very close to the city's board of education facility where they run all of their schools. and wendy has something she wants to say. >> we found out what that building is that looks like a residential building. it is. it is the penn north plaza senior building. >> oh dear. oh it is. >> like an old folk's home there so you can imagine the anxiety there tonight as the building
