it's not just philadelphia seeing the wind. look at the winds gusting in trenton, wilmington and at the shore, atlantic city 30 miles per hour wind gusts, everybody's going to feel the wind and see the rain. steady light rain coming ashore and the more moderate showers making steady progress. so the heavier rain develops at the shore and moves inland as the day goes on. eventually reaching the lehigh valley. there's a lot more moisture in the south so this is going to keep us in wet weather into the weekend. as far as joaquin is concerned, a powerful category 4 storm with winds of 130 miles an hour. the forecast track, expected to start its move early tomorrow morning and head to the northeast to the west of bermuda and to the east of the east coast. for now it looks like this one is headed out to sea. there is still a lot to watch with joaquin. and temperatures, they are going to stay put in the 50s, the rain that will be heavy at times. stand by for a dreary one. heavy rain and the potential for flooding in the 50s today. tom
