jessica boyington is watching the roads. what are you seeing? >> you can suck it up. you can pay attention to us, we'll let you know what you have to do if you have to leave earlier. but we do start to see problems on 95 around cottman avenue on the southbound side you can see a vehicle here in the shoulder, two vehicles here on the right-hand shoulder, pulled off the major portion and into the work zone there. you can see southbound from woodhaven to the vine street expressway we're at 13 minute drive time. it hasn't increased but a lot of traffic moving by, something to watch for and potentially something that could cause backups in the next couple minutes or so. out in hamilton township new jersey we're watching an accident investigation now, police activity on the scene there. on the new jersey turnpike northbound between 206 at exit 7 and 195 around 7a. only the left lane is blocked so traffic is moving through. we'll check in with mass transit when i come back in the next ten. >> thanks. 5:34. it is inauguration day for jim kenney will take office today starting
