karen rogers in for david murphy with a look ahead. >> it's about location. as we look at satellite 6 along with action radar i have this close up view to show you full out sunshine in cape may and wildwood and partly sunny skies in philadelphia. and cloudy skies in the lehigh valley. you see the clouds are progressing from the west and start to see showers filling in williamsport and harrisburg. we are watching for lots of clouds and a spotty shower especially north and west. how about these temperatures, only in the 40s in lake harmony and 56 in bethlehem and low 50s in pottstown and quakertown and 61 in malvern and 60 in center city. a couple of hours where we saw breaks of sunshine after the gloomy start and the temperatures have responded to that. 58 in browns mills and 58 in hammonton where you have sunshine and 60 in glassboro but just 55 in dover, delaware and you see the wind out of the east this picking up at times, an 11 miles per hour breeze in atlantic city and 14 in sea isle city. and a comfortable 9 miles per hour breeze in philadelphia and 17

karen rogers she's going to give us an update. karen it looks like a parking lo the. >> it is a parking lot. they have two tractor-trailers involved in an accident. one of them is jackknifed and a 60-gallon diesel fuel spill on the highway approaching cottman on 95. but here's the change. they had it blocked in the commercial break for about two minutes. and now they're allowing two lanes of traffic getting by so it's actually starting to get a little bit better. they had said that they may need to shut the roadway down. they haven't changed that yet but i'm thinking now that they're letting more traffic get by maybe they figured out they don't need to shut it down because the hazmat crews seemed to have left the scene so it looks like it's getting a little bit better to me but no official word from state police on that yet. what we can tell you is we've got this big accident and now two lanes are getting by on i-95 southbound at cottman. the still see a number of vehicles here but not as many as we saw before when hazmat was out

>> reporter: good morning, karen. scene has been cleared, police are gone, family members left as well but challenge is another philly homicide where police are struggling to get information. they have no witnesses. all they necessity one family is grieving because one man is dead. we understand victim was one of the people that showed up to the scene earlier moments before the coroner removed the man's body from the street. she was too shaken up to talk. investigation started to police getting a call about two gunshot victims a male and female. when they arrived, they learned the woman was just holding the man in the street while she waited for help to arrive. when we fares arrived to the 4100 block of brown street, several people were sitting on their front stoops watching police work. apparently gunshots so loud they woke people up. the call coming in shortly after 2:00 a.m. the from the very beginning an officer who responded to the scene said the victim was not likely to survived this shooting. less than an hour
