lieutenant joyce craig. the mural for lieutenant joyce craig is located on the facade of the lawn crest library. lieutenant craig was last assigned to engine 64 in lawn crest. the dedication ceremony is set for later on this morning. philadelphia mayor and fire commissioner will join craig's family for the tribute. it was last october when community members painted the mural in tribute to the fallen hero. lieutenant craig of engine 64 died after trapped inside of a burning house in 2014. a federal study found bad equipment and a breakdown in communication were factors that contributed to her death. heads up for drivers. penndot crews will begin a reconstruction project on i-95 in philly. pennsylvania governor tom wolf announced funding to revamp a stretch of 95 between the vine street expressway and south broad street. the project is designed to reconnect the delaware waterfront to the rest of the city. improvements are also planned around penn's landing and the south port marine terminal will be developed.
