(ken) and im ken wayne. but the woman's family says they don't have any answers. kron 4's charles clifford is live in san francisco with more details. charles, can you piece this together for us? we now know that the woman was 76-year-old ruby lee anderson. she was apparently suffered from dementia and was reported missing from sf general mental health back on may 20th. now, the health department said this afternoon she was not a patient at zuckerberg san francisco general hospital and trauma center. there are several different health facility's on this campus and she my have recieved treatment there.it's also unclear how anderson was able to gain access to the power building, which is not normally a place patients and staff go. this afternoon we were able to speak with anderson's daughter on the phone and she says the family is very upset. the hospital has also vowed to figure out how this happened. now, if this all sounds familiar it's because back in october of 2013, the body of 57-year-old lynne spalding was also found in a stairwell here at sf general after b

(ken) and i'm ken wayne. let's get to chief meteorologist lawrence karnow who is tracking the high winds tonight. lawrence karnow: it was a beautiful day all the way to the coast but tonight the winds are going to howl. a high wind advisory has been posted over the north, east and south bay mountains. some gusts could be as high as 55 mph. it will be windy at times in the valleys too with some gusts over 30 mph. the offshore winds will keep skies mostly clear with mild temperatures. a few showers continue to pop up over the sierra and will continue to do so this weekend. on the satellite image you can see the area of low pressure now east of california and high pressure building toward the coast. the difference between the two will make for a gusty night tonight. saturday will be another warm day with highs in the 70s and 80s inland, 70s around the bay and 60s near the coast. it will be a little cooler on mother's day with patchy coastal fog. there's a slight chance of toward the middle of next week. (ken) and i'm ken wayne. this happened at san ramon valley high school in danville this afternoon. kron-4's charles clifford joins us live from the high school tonight... charles do we know how this happened? well, this is just a tragic situation. there are a lot of unaswered questions but tonight students here at san ramon valley high school are dealing with the loss of one of their own.around 145 tuesday afternoon, students and teachers preparing for a p- e class in san ramon valley high school's pool found a 15-year-old male student underwater in the deep end of the pool. riley bergstedt was in the class, he says several students and teachers jumped in to help.sothe was in the deep end and they pulled him out of the pool and started doing cpr on him.another teacher called 9-1-1 and paramedics arrived moments later.sotpossible student in the pool. coco county is onscene with cpr in progress. the student was tranpsorted to the kaiser hospital in walnut creek but tuesday afternoon the school said that he had passed away. police are now investigating but have not yet said how or why

'(ken)new at 6. a new delay for san francisco's under construction central subway.according to city officials -- a contractor laid down three-point-two miles of the wrong type of track. apparently they used a lower grade material than what the contract had specificed.the city has ordered the contractor to remove and replace the tracks. this will delay the project by one month - it is now set to be completed january 2020.the city says the contractor will be responsible for the cost. when complete the subway will run from chinatown to the cal train station on 4th street. (ken) breaking his silence. today, embattled santa clara county superior court judge aaron persky opened up about his fight to stay on the bench. in a month -- santa clara county voters will decide whether or not he should be recalled. persky has faced mounting pressure to step down or be removed from the bench since issuing what critics call a light sentence in the brock turner sexual assault case. kron four's philippe djegal (juh-gall) shares what the judge had to say.
