a judge has ordered camille to answer questions from the attorneys for the seven accusers. many people are wondering what she'll say or what she won't say. i want to bring in cnn legal analyst phillip holloway. good to see you. we know the judge has ordered camille cosby to be deposed, but that essentially means she has to show up. does she have to answer questions? >> that is the $64,000 question. what will she do? the judge is correct, she does have to appear. the difference is because this is a civil case versus a criminal trial or even a trial in the civil case because this is the discovery phase of the civil case. and a deposition is lawful and it's proper if its purpose is reasonably calculated to lead to admissible evidence. now, while it is true that any communications made between she and her spouse might not be admissible at a trial under what we call the mare it will communications privilege, that still doesn't mean that she can't be asked about things, because keep in mind, and the judge noted this in his order, fred, she was not only his spouse but she was his
