i'm one of the owners of the dark horse inn. 942 geneva avenue. we did complete the required steps of sending out the letter. it was sent out november 9th. excuse me. the meeting was held november 24th. attendance, which is unfortunately typical for the neighborhood was small, but fully supportive of our plan. we had a subsequent meeting with sfpd, i believe it was inspector -- i just have forgotten her name. the permitting department and they were supportive as well once we presented our plan. we plan to continue running our business the way we have run it for the past six years. we serve largely locally sourced food, all housemade. our beer is local craft beer, our wines are small vineyards from california and a few from france and we plan to do the same with the liquor. we plan to start with a small selection and cocktails that are kind of geared toward pairing with our foods. price points will remain the same for the neighborhood. accessible but not so low that it inspires any kind of abuse. meaning pretty much we don't want $3 shots of cheap

it is mainly on mission street but also has branchs on geneva avenue, which is an east-west route. in this next map on slide five, you can see the neighborhoods that surround that commercial corridor. the neighborhood boundaries can be a little bit fungible, i suppose, but we've worked with the neighborhood residents to come up with these mission terrace -- outer mission terrace a terra terrace and then cuyaga terrace. this is going to give you a little more texture to this landscape that we've just gone over in the project area. these neighborhoods have a really dynamic history. you can see in the upper left-hand photo kind of a photo from foote and allemany in 1986. you can see there was a lot of open neighborhood waiting to be developed. you can think early 1800's, turn of the last century, and then after the earthquake, developments started to pick up. we saw immigrants coming from all over the world to this part of the town. we saw a lot of italians moving to this area of town, and then, also subsequently immigrants from south america and immigrants from asian countries, so yo

geneva brt continues to advance in the planning stage, very important as well. on the freeway side, we presented to this body recently with your guidance and outreach continues there working closely with cal trans and our partners to the south. and we hope to bring more studies forward to you in this coming year. moving to late night transportation, this was work that started a couple years ago, together with the office of economic work force and development, responding to them, commissioner wiener's request and effectively implemented with late night services connecting daily city and the mission. another regional initiative we partnered with them on was a capacity -- transit core capacity study that looked at the bay bridge corridor, short and long-term minimums for the corridor. it's a complex corridor but we know bart for example carry twice as many. we need to work on aspects of that. treasure island, this had multiple facets and continue to work on the transit plan, the bus and ferry services. i appreciate chair kim's leadership there and we worked on affo
