mean it's like anybody who says let's go off to war who has never been to war really needs and i think letelier miss and in fact and in fact to that point you know the guy in the bush administration who was most worried about iraq was colin powell i think that completely misunderstands the whole idea of civilian control of our military the military gives us insight they give us counsel but ultimately the policy must rest with civilians and it doesn't bother me in a voluntary military but the lion's share of the people who oppose the lakers will be people who are not in the military that just means they have every fundamental right to be able to participate and i intend to say call them this is temp to call them chicken. just the way in ninety six and then we're going to get half of congress they have served now it's like what five twelve twelve guys twelve twelve percent ok so about forty five guys and you have taken some of these guys are on again reservists and they demand but pretty soon that we should have the right of individuals to use their minds to assess policy and decide what they wan
