joining me elise stepanek from new york. ladies, thank you very much. good to have you here tonight. you know, what -- what goes through your mind when you hear this woman who is going to be the deputy chief of staff in the white house speak this way about members of your party. elise? >> it's absolutely unacceptable and it really shows that despite the rhetoric from joe biden, that his own team, whether it's some of the cabinet appointments that he's announced or whether it's the senior staff, they have disdain for republican voters across this country. that's just not the correct way to govern. before i was a member of congress, before i worked at my family's small business, i worked for the deputy chief of staff in the white house in the bush administration. had my boss at the time said that, he would have been fired, it would have be unacceptable. because your job is making sure you're working for all americans and she's not doing that. >> yeah. it seems like there's just been a degradation of language in -- in american culture that just harz become
