could be implications for the dublin home invasion case and could endanger a potential case for the valejo kidnapping. home invasion victim is not a party in the case but her attorney told abc 7 news he recognizes the implications the motions could have. by phone it was said i'm glad the right person was apprehended. it would be tragic if the case is dismissed on a technicality. while clever this argument ultimately has no merit. at issue is whether detectives making a 911 call to obtain the phone's number qualifies as a search of the phone. and people are walking out of court right now. we will find out what the judge decided if the judge made a decision on that. we will bring you the latest at 6:00. some new federal documents including a federal warrant was filed on friday. the documents reference another reporter's interview with suspect matthew muller while he was in jail. he believed the interview was not recorded. in it he said according to the documents that he acted alone and he also suggested that some of his mental illness may have been a result to a side effect to a vaccine. we
