officers say the man on your screen, brandon freeman was impersonating a cop in visalia in the san joaquin valley. an off-duty sergeant was driving his personal car and that's when freeman allegedly tried to pull him over with a red light attached to his car. the sergeant then stopped his car, interviewed freeman and arrested him and a passenger in his car. they have both been booked into jail and face multiple chargers.
