The lid does not have a special lock to close. Ledges only for centering in the opening. I used some superglue to fix it. The cable hole each will make itself as it will be convenient. I used a simple USB 2.0 A Type Female DIY Adapter Socket (search query- usb socket A Type Female). The connector is fixed by soldering the mustache of the body to each other. I used this HUB for the power supply to charge my mobile devices. Fastening on a double-sided sticky tape.

Being gifted a very nice weather and damage proof USB stick by my new employer gave me a design task that had to fulfill my 'Lust for Order': the box it came in had a nice magnetic lock, and enough space to fit seven of my MicroSD cards, seven USB sticks and a tiny MicroSD USB adapter. It took a few iterations to get it perfect, but I am very pleased with the result!

My son swapped the sound system head in his Subaru WRX STi 2013 car. The remote USB connection in the centre console also needed changing. To secure the new USB socket, I designed and 3D printed a USB panel mount. Here is my design. The printed panel slots into the old console hole and is secure via a push fit. This is a face plate designed for mounting dual USB female sockets to a panel. The dimensions of the plate are 70x25mm, with two 3mm holes spaced 48mm apart. It was designed for mounting a "Dual USB Male to Female Extension Cable" onto 6mm MDF panel. So i found no other case for the new-ish Tiny ISP v2.1, except one for resin printers, which then also has to be glued together, so i made one by myself. This is pressfit/frictionfit! No glue required. Printtime about 30mins. And with that the really really tiny, but also really good, Tiny ISP gets a nice case. Also, with a JST 2x3 plug, that still fits (as you see in the pictures) and gets you extra strain relief.

I modified the bottom section to have a flange to make for eaisier mounting to any flat surface, i wired the usb ports together with a wire called bus wire it is commonly used for solar panel assembly makes jobs like this super easy, i also had to increase the amount of clearance for the USB ports as the original file generation was still .2mm shy when printed on my printer. I made a small cylindrical container to put my small usb drives/adapters and sd cards. It has a M50x4 thread and fit is nice with 0.16 dynamical layer height. Hole sizes (except SD cards) are pretty specific for my usb devices but you can edit them with step file. I have modeled them in Inventor 2020 but added the threads with Fusion 360. From ipt files you can edit sketch and extrusions to make it compatible with your small gadgets. Note: ipt files don't have threads on them.
